Well our IVA was approved earlier this week, and what a relief. Andy was very easy to talk to, and reassuring that there was a solution. Now just 4 months later we have peace of mind, no more hassling from creditors and knowing that in 5 years time we will be debt free with a fresh start.

The hardest part was picking up the phone, after taking that first step its been really quite easy.

I 100% reccommend Andy!

Sorry it has taken so long to get in touch. Your information was brilliant in helping me in what to do next. I have closed down an endowment policy releasing 31K and used that to reduce the debt burden. Your advice made it clear that this was the correct thing to do and not default.


I have now restructured the rest of the mortgage payments to ensure the endowment money gap is in place before the mortgage period ends.


As life would have it, I have been offered a job with a wealth company, which is a significant pay rise. Extra 50K a year, which I would have be excluded from if I had CCJs or default payments.


You gave practical straightforward advise that was essential in my coming to terms with what to do

Hi Andy,

You will not remember but some time ago I contactd yourself regarding my debt situation. You gave me a huge amount of your time to discuss my situation and
eventually we agreed it was best if I stick with my high payments as my loans were due to finish in less than two years.
I have recently won a PPI calim which hasignificantly reduce my debt and has allowed me to actually start my life again. I have worked out that by April
next year my wages will once again be my own!

I just wanted to thank you for the time that you gave me - having you wages swallowed by credit payments is draining and depressing. It was so nice to
talk to someone who understood and could offer some real advice without trying to take advantage of my situation by selling me an ineffective solution.

Andy contacted me after I made a call to the bankruptcy helpline. At that time we really didnt know which way to turn. We have already had a failed IVA and were in a DMP which was going on and on and had no end, we were also still receiving nasty letters from creditors and CCJ threats. I was previously told that I could not take out another IVA as I could not afford it. This all changed after I spoke with Andy. He went over all the options with me and assured me that we could get an IVA with the money we had available. This was all only about 6 weeks ago. Our IVA was approved on Friday and we are over the moon that in 5 years we are DEBT FREE!!! I also have to mention Caroline, Jonathan and Rosie at McCambridge Duffy who were amazing and fought our corner all the way with a very pleasing result.
I have to say that you have all changed our lives and we can now sleep at night and know when the phone rings I can now pick it up without breaking into a sweat!!

Contents: It’s very difficult to describe how freighting it is when you are submerged in debt. I have been on a DMP with CCCS for the past 2 years. On my last CCCS statement my overall debt amount had raised, I now owed more money than when I started – this was very unnerving as the changes to my lifestyle were enormous and now for the first time there was no hope or light at the end of the tunnel.



I first looked at an IVA after hearing a brief description of the structure on a news broadcast. Vincent Bond was suggested as a preferred agent. I did a lot of homework including going back to the CCCS, who now offered me a more suitable solution, an IVA, my day with the CCCS had come and gone.



The process, introduction and financial discussions including where we go from here were explained in a calm and reassuring manner. Andy was friendly and spoke from experience. Following me issuing the financial documentation the process went sooth. I think in my case all my ducks were in a row given my years with CCCS, however I would not hesitate to recommend Vincent Bond.

I picked up the phone to contact Andy Davie but I was so ashamed of the debt I had got myself into, that I put the phone down. The next thing was my phone rang and Andy Davie was on the other end, he explained who he was what had happened to him and put he put me at ease. We then discussed my debt problem he explained the different options open to me, and the best way forward for me was an IVA.
My IVA was approved on the 2nd December and I am now able to manage my finances sensibly for the first time in years, which feels great. I no longer have sleepless nights and this is thanks to a man who took the time to call me, then explain things in such a simple way that I could understand them.
I would also like to thank Karrie Coumbe at Vincent Bond who helped me along with Andy. They were so efficient, helpful and kind, and with their help I have now got my life back on track.

I had been in a DMP with another company for 24 months prior to contacting Andy Davie and because of the problems I was experiencing (financial as well as health, I decided that enough was enough. The DMP was not working.
I contacted Andy after reading brilliant reviews on the forum.
Andy was really helpful. He certainly knows his job and he put my mind at rest. After discussing all available options, I decided that the f&f IVA would be best for me. Today - my IVA was approved by all but one of my creditors, so an overwhelming 90.7% acceptance.
I'm so relieve! I can't thank Andy and Karrie Coumbe enough for the work they put into making my IVA possible.

It had gotten to the point where I was living on credit so much that it had finally ran out.
I searched high and low on the internet regarding debt help and came across VB.
Andy was my contact within the company and was unbelievably helpful in every way.
He explained fully what my options were, what VB would do for me and how the IVA would pan out.
I cannot recommend VB and Andy enough. A great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Rather than paying £600-700 per month on my debt, I am now paying only £180 for 60 months, after which I will be debt free.
I finally have my life back thanks to VB and Andy Davie.
